Tummy Tuck
Generally referred to as a "tummy tuck", abdominoplasty removes excess fat and skin from the abdomen.
The improvement in contour can be quite dramatic. Many patients say that they have many more clothing and bathing suit options after the procedure, that their clothes fit better, and that they feel more confident overall.
The procedure helps to improve the contour of the abdomen and to narrow the waist by tightening the abdominal muscles. Women that have stretched abdominal areas, due to previous pregnancies or weight gain, can benefit considerably from abdominoplasty.
Women that are concerned about abdominal fat or loose skin, which does not respond to diet and exercise, are good candidates for abdominoplasty. Most women can potentially reduce or even eliminate a protruding abdomen with the procedure. Abdominoplasty will produce a permanent scar, which can possibly extend to both sides of your hips, depending on the amount of loose skin the patient has. The scar will likely be located below the bikini line and is easily covered with the latest styles in swimwear and undergarments. With our scar treatment plan, caring for your incision will be simple, with the goal being a thin, flat incision, which will fade over time.
A "modified" abdominoplasty or mini-abdominoplasty can sometimes be performed when the full procedure is not required, usually resulting in a shorter incision line.

Liposuction
Now among the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures, liposuction (also known as "lipoplasty" or "suction lipectomy") sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat from areas around the thighs, knees, buttocks, waist, hips, abdomen, chin, cheeks, neck and upper arms.
For some areas that are more difficult to treat, such as the back, flanks, male breasts, and others, we sometimes utilize a Power-Assisted technique (PAL), which helps break down and emulsify the fatty tissue. This technique generally produces better results in those areas.
Liposuction is not a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise, but the procedure can eliminate areas of fat that are unresponsive to typical weight loss methods.
In many cases, Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) can greatly enhance your results. This advanced technology is more effective, yet gentler on the tissues. This allows us not only to treat the difficult areas more effectively, but also to treat the more delicate areas, such as the neck and inner thighs. with a gentler sculpting touch, achieving results that are clearly superior to traditional liposuction techniques.

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
Brachioplasty is surgically recontouring the arms. The procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia.
Excessive skin is removed, sometimes in conjunction with a liposuction procedure to remove fat from the arms. For removal of large amounts of skin, an incision is required that runs from near the elbow to the armpit. The incision is placed in the most inconspicuous location (inner arm toward the back), but some scarring may always be visible. More moderate skin removal is sometimes possible with a smaller incision, which is limited to the armpit area, in an effort to make the incision less noticeable.

Body Lift
A "lifting" of the entire trunk (abdomen, flanks, and back) and sometimes of the buttocks and thighs, is sometimes needed, especially after large amounts of weight loss. Excessive skin and loose tissue is removed, and the contour is improved by "lifting and tightening" in a circumferential fashion.
This is usually an extensive procedure that requires general anesthesia and a more involved recovery period than other standard body contouring procedures. The rewards of the procedure can be great: completing the process following weight loss and restoring improved contour.

Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is performed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper legs. Candidates typically suffer from loose, inelastic skin after extreme weight loss due to diet, exercise or bariatric surgery. Because of this, the procedure is often combined with others such as breast lift, face lift or arm lift to retain an attractive body proportion.
In a medial thigh lift (inner thigh lift), the surgical incision is made in the inner thigh along the line where the leg meets the groin. In a lateral thigh lift (outer thigh lift), the incision is made from the groin around the back of the body, so that the buttocks are lifted along with the thigh.
Buttock Lift
Buttock lifts are done through incisions that are usually concealed in the panty line. A segment of skin and fat is removed from the posterior hip and lower back area, and sagging buttock skin is lifted and recontoured. This can be added to with the lateral thigh lift by combining the incisions.
Labia Reduction
Many women suffer from enlarged labia minora (the inner genital lips) or labia majora (the outer genital lips). Some may not like the appearance of their large, uneven or thick labia, which can sometimes extend beyond the labia majora. Others may be bothered by labial irritation while conducting normal activities, or may find it difficult to keep the labial area clean. Still others may experience pain during sexual intercourse, sports or other vigorous activities.
Labiaplasty reduces large labia or reshapes uneven labia, improving their appearance and reducing associated discomfort. During the labiaplasty procedure, the surgeon trims excess labial tissue and recreates the edges of the labia with a natural-looking color and shape. The results of labiaplasty can:
- Improve the appearance of the vagina and vulva
- Boost self-confidence
- Reduce discomfort caused by clothes rubbing against the labia
- Eliminate pain caused by large labia during sexual intercourse
- Improve or restore sexual satisfaction that was hampered by large labia
