Facelift

Over time, the long-term effects of gravity, exposure to sun, dry air, and general stress takes its toll on an individual's face and neckline. Jowls can develop under the jawline, with folds and fat deposits. Sometimes creases begin to form between the nose and the mouth.

A facelift can considerably reduce these signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening the underlying muscles, and redraping the skin around the neck and face. Facelifts can be done alone, or in conjunction with another procedure such as a browlift, eyelid surgery, or soft tissue fillers. In some cases, a facelift can reduce the outward signs of aging by ten or fifteen years. If your problem areas are limited to the neck, you may be a good candidate for a necklift, which is a more conservative approach.

Upper & Lower Eye Lid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is designed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. The procedure can correct drooping upper lids that tend to sag with time. Blepharoplasty can also greatly improve the puffy bags below the eyes. Blepharoplasty can be done as a single procedure, or in conjunction with other facial surgery such as a facelift, browlift, or soft tissue fillers.

Forehead Lift (Browlift)

A forehead lift, or browlift, is used to correct a drooping browline, reducing the horizontal lines and furrows (worry lines), which often make a person appear angry, sad or tired. The procedure creates a refreshed, youthful appearance for the forehead area above the eyes.

When performing a forehead lift procedure, muscles and tissue cause drooping and creases are removed or corrected, to smooth the skin, to reduce frown lines, and to raise the eyebrows. The most conventional method for a browlift is when a surgical incision is  hidden just above the hairline. This traditional method can sometimes attain more lift than alternate methods, while creating smoother, flatter skin on the forehead.

Chin Implants

Chin implants reshape the chin to help provide a harmonious balance to the facial features. Sometimes, a plastic surgeon may recommend chin enhancement to a patient having nose surgery in order to achieve a more satisfying facial proportion, since the size of the chin may magnify or minimize the perceived size of the nose and vice versa. Chin augmentation can sometimes be achieved with soft tissue fillers.

Otoplasty (Ear Pinning/Reduction)

Ear surgery for children or adults can set prominent ears back closer to the head and reduce the size of large ears. Surgery may also be helpful for "lop ear," "cupped ear" and "shell ear," large or stretched earlobes, and lobes with creases and wrinkles. The procedure lasts from two to three hours and may be performed in a hospital, office-based facility or an outpatient surgery center under general or local anesthesia.
